Morning after pill question?????? Took plan b twice has this effected my period?

I had to come off the pill for medical reasons. I suffer from a bowel disease which when active cld effect the pill. Anyways I had to take plan b in March when i was on the pill as i had a bout of diahreeha a few days before having and after having realised i could get pregnant as the pill would have bn comprimised.. The doctor told me to wait for my next period in april and he would put in the implant and so I wouldn't have to worry. All was ok and we used condoms and just before i should be gettin my period i had and the condom split. I was mortified going to family planning clinic asking for it again..I never use plan b as a method of bc.. I have just bn unlucky as this should happen.. Anyways when I took plan b first my period came a week early. and now that i took this plan b making it 2 months running my period hasn't come and is almost a week late. I know its stupid.. I just want for them to come and then i can go and get implant..
