My dad is being very pressing on the SAT...how can I cope?
This can be crazy stuff. I used to believe that the best way to get through it was to read as much as possible (vocab and comprehension) and to do well enough in math to get into the better cles in school. This doesn't work for everyone. I never studied for the SATs, but did take a review course from Princeton Review for the GREs (grad school equivalent of SATs). The thing that is best about taking a course from Kaplan or Princeton Review, is that they diagnose your weaknesses so you can work on them more intensively, without wasting time reviewing your strong areas.
