If Manny Pacquiao was an American where would he rank now in American lists with all he has accomplished?

I have always been a fan of Manny Pacquiao. I think the way he carries himself professionally in and out of the ring is what boxing truly needs today. If he were an American, he would definitely be more of a likeable person and many Americans would greatly overrated him, maybe even rank him higher than some of the all time greats like Armstrong or Ali. Americans are always looking for a new hero, and had Manny been an American, he would be considered the best American athlete today, better than Lebron or Kobe. Because Pacquaio broke records that has never been done before.
