Hey i need your help on figuring out a guys feelings for me?

ok, me and this guy are really close friends, we tell each other everything, and we are more than just friends, we are friends with benefits, f*ck buddies, bed buddies, partners, whatever you wanna call it. well we had today at his apartment complex and we did pretty much everything ual you can think of. yeah, EVERYTHING. and in the middle of having he says "i love you courtney" and i said "aww you do? but how?" he said "i love what we have, what we share." he has never told me that before, i mean he has but every time he said it it was quick and casual like a friend would say to a friend, or as a farewell. its the way he said it made a difference. his tone of voice, his speed of saying it, and how he said it. i am confused, i know there are many forms of love, but can you explain the kind of love he has for me, cuz i still don't get it.
