It is a myth...the only way to strengthen bone and increase density is through weight lifting, exercise and proper amount of calcium in your diet....there are medications that are prescribed by a doctor but only if bone density is found to be low which means that there are tiny holes through out the bones which weaken bones and fractures are a high probability. Again the best way to strengthen bones and increase the density is weight lifting...
