Cancellation of uae employment visa. ?

I was working with dubai based company on employment visa with validity of 3 years. After completing my ignment of 4 months with anticipation of next ignment in short time, I came back to india without cancelling my employment visa. But that did not happen and I was left out of uae for more than 6 months. So my visa automatically stand cancelled. Now my question is Am I allow to enter in uae? If yes, who can sponser me visa? If not, Is my visa banned permanantly which will deny me entry in uae fore ever? How can I go back to uae for any further ignments? Please answer.
