Can a jobless mom can have legal custody of my kids ages 4 and 3?

im a good mom, a mother of 2 kids. recently my husband told me he want a divorce, w/c is okey for me, as long as my kids are with me. i love my kids so dearly. my husband told me that he will not let me take care fo my kids when where divorce bec. he want his sister will take care of our kids. im a jobless mom, the reason for this bec, i want to give my 100% time to my children.
