How can I make the best of and be more productive at a job I really hate?

Hi been there done that. The first thing I did was think about what this particular job was doing to enhance my life. I could only come up with payday, a very pleasent thought. I thought about what I was going to buy on payday. I even started to subscribe to fashion sales magazines, like Lerner's, Newportnews, Monroe & Main,and any others I could get my hands on. It really helped to look at my "dream" books. Often I would send for some thing on payday. Another thing I used to do was to get talking books from the library,get yourself a walk-man size cd player and hit the library. Hope this helps you as much as it did me.
