My mother is harring my partner and l. What do l do?

My mum has lost the plot.She is ringing up drunk & putting me down to my own children.She is threatening to call DHS on me with false allegations. She abuses the medications she is on, drinks heavily and always puts me down. I tried to help her ,l gave her many chances.She even lived here free for many months but l had to ask her to leave because she kept getting drunk. l gave her another chance and she came back and did the same thing. She is a compulsive liar and is telling her pyschologist bad things about me that isnt true.She makes me ill to the stomach.You never know what she is going to do next.She hates my partner yet while l was away she was coming over here getting money off him for beer and smokes and putting me down.l only disrepect her because she has caused so much trouble. l dont want her in my life or my kids.
