Not allowed to go out of the house?

Im not allowed to go out of the house. Not even to the porch. I have 2 brothers above the age of 16 but under 18 and they tattle tale still, Im 14 and I cant even go to the porch or get the mail without my brothers saying something! I walk from school with my bros everyday, and Im not a bad kid,I get good grades and I basically live in a dictatorship. Its so depressing I feel like leaving this house! to like foster care or to live with grandparents cuz dad dont care bout me
