Underbite ruins my life?

I started realizing that im underbite few years ago but then i ignore it coz its not that big deal for me. But as time goes by, it becomes really "severe". Now I cant bite that much coz my lower jaw seems to move forward overtaking my upper teeth. It made me soo upset everynight and thingking it cost that 35000 philippine peso having a brace which i dont have. I dont smile anymore because of this. it also degrades my self confidence. I hope im gonna find the answer here.
