USNA early preparation?

You're off to a great start. Have your parents take you to the local office of your Congressman. Meet the office manager, introduce yourself, and tell him/her you plan on attending the USNA. Ask if you can meet your congressman when he's back in town. The office manager will be able to give you a lot of information on the Congressional Nomination Program.
