Why would Obama want to have a civil army?

I would like to know why you aren't hearing more about this, considering the serious implications of his plan. I heard it on tape in his own words and it sent (a new kind of chill) up my spine! Considering the sale of guns is going through the roof, many American Citizens must feel as I do, nothing good in the way of freedom is going to come from his plan. Then you have Louis Farrakham calling Obama the messiah, it's chilling.
