Homeschooling in Phoenix AZ?

I am moving to Phoenix from Oregon, and would like to homeschool my daughter. I have heard some bad things about the public schools in Phoenix, and since i was planning to homeschool here in oregon anyways....I was wondering if anyone has heard much on the Covenant Home School resource center there in Phoenix?
